These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of or access to Fidore Health’s online platform, which includes the website available at https://fidore.health/ (“Website”), the Fidore Health mobile application (“App”), and all associated services, products, and features provided therein (collectively, the “Platform”).
These Terms incorporate by reference any rules, guidelines, policies, additional terms, or disclaimers issued by Fidore Health from time to time. Any amendments or modifications to these Terms will also be deemed part of this agreement. By using the Platform, purchasing products, or availing services from Fidore Health, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms or fail to meet the eligibility requirements, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
This agreement is a legally enforceable contract between Fidore Health Private Limited (referred to as “Fidore Health,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you, the end-user of our services and products (referred to as “you,” “your,” or “user”). Fidore Health reserves the right to deny access to the Platform or terminate your account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, for non-compliance with these Terms.
Fidore Health operates in compliance with the laws of India. Users accessing the Platform from outside India do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for complying with applicable local laws. Fidore Health does not make any representation or warranty regarding the legality or appropriateness of accessing the Platform outside India.
We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms, including applicable policies, at our sole discretion, without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform signifies your acceptance of such changes. Fidore Health is not liable for informing users individually of such updates, and it is your responsibility to periodically review the Terms.

Fidore Health provides a comprehensive range of hair care and wellness services and products. Services The Platform offers the following services, collectively referred to as the “Services”: Online purchase of Fidore Health’s products. Paid consultations with licensed medical professionals. Customized health and wellness plans, including hair assessments, dietary suggestions, and progress tracking. Access to certified medical practitioners and hair coaches. Product recommendations tailored to your health profile. Use of Platform features, such as chat functionality, video consultations, and progress-tracking tools.
Products The Platform facilitates the purchase of a wide range of Fidore Health products, including but not limited to: Hair care solutions, oils, and hair growth treatments. Nutraceuticals, ayurvedic supplements, and health-focused food products. Prescription medicines, available upon submission of a valid prescription. All products listed on the Platform are subject to availability. Fidore Health reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its sole discretion without providing any justification.
Offer and Acceptance: Display of products on the Platform constitutes an invitation to treat. Placing an order represents your offer to purchase the product. Fidore Health reserves the right to accept or reject your offer at its sole discretion. An order is confirmed only when Fidore Health issues a Shipment Confirmation.
Completion of Sale: Property and title to products transfer to you upon successful dispatch from Fidore Health’s licensed premises. Fidore Health may impose limitations on purchase quantities and reserves the right to refuse orders deemed excessive or indicative of commercial use.
Delivery: Products are shipped through third-party logistics providers acting as your agent. Fidore Health is not responsible for any delays, damages, or loss during transit.
Prescription Drugs: Prescription products are sold strictly against valid prescriptions submitted by you. Fidore Health reserves the right to deny the sale of prescription products if regulatory compliance is not met.
To use the Platform or purchase Fidore Health’s products, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:
Age and Legal Capacity: You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian Contract Act, 1872. Minors may access the Platform through their legal guardians. Fidore Health reserves the right to terminate accounts of users under 18 without prior notice.
Single Account: Users may maintain only one active account on the Platform. Selling, transferring, or trading accounts is strictly prohibited.
Accuracy of Information: You are solely responsible for ensuring that the information provided during registration, purchase, or consultation is accurate and complete. Fidore Health reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts providing false or misleading information.
Geographical Restrictions: Fidore Health’s services and products are designed for use within India. Users accessing the Platform from outside India are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.
By accessing and using the Platform, you agree not to:
Use the Platform for fraudulent, unlawful, or malicious purposes.
Impersonate another individual or misrepresent your identity.
Circumvent or interfere with the security features of the Platform. Reverse-engineer, modify, or exploit the Platform’s content or software.
Engage in activities that compromise Fidore Health’s intellectual property rights or operational integrity.
Place bulk orders for the purpose of reselling or distributing Fidore Health products without explicit approval.
Fidore Health facilitates consultations with licensed medical practitioners/ Doctors / Trichologist & Cosmetologist / Experts Trained under doctor who posses satisfactory knowledge to execute a consultation .
Users acknowledge the following:
No Doctor-Patient Relationship: Interactions with third-party medical practitioners via the Platform do not establish a doctor-patient relationship with Fidore Health. Information provided through the Platform is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
Liability Disclaimer: Fidore Health is not responsible for the quality or accuracy of advice provided by third-party practitioners. Users must exercise caution and consult their own healthcare provider before making decisions based on advice received.
Fidore Health reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account without prior notice if:
You breach any provision of these Terms.
Your account is found to contain fraudulent or misleading information.
Fidore Health detects suspicious or unauthorized activities associated with your account.
You engage in behavior that damages Fidore Health’s reputation or disrupts the operation of the Platform.
Platform and Product Disclaimer: Fidore Health makes no warranty that the Platform will operate uninterrupted or error-free. Products and services are provided “as is” without any guarantees regarding effectiveness, suitability, or compatibility.
Limited Liability: Fidore Health’s liability is limited to the cost of the products or services purchased by you. Fidore Health is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi .
To access certain features of the Platform, avail of our Services, or purchase Products, you are required to register and create an account ("Account"). Upon creating an Account, you accept full responsibility for all actions taken through it.
Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (including your username, password, and any other authentication details) and for preventing unauthorized access to your device and Account. You must ensure that your login credentials are kept confidential and are not shared with any third party.
Unauthorized Use: You agree to immediately notify Fidore Health Private Limited ("the Company") if you suspect any unauthorized use or disclosure of your Account or password. Any activity conducted under your Account, whether authorized or not, will be your responsibility. Failure to notify us in case of a security breach may result in you being held accountable for any resulting damages, losses, or unauthorized actions.
Compliance with Legal Guidelines: You are obligated to comply with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, applicable laws, rules, regulations, and any other relevant guidelines that may be updated periodically. Any failure to comply with these laws or guidelines will result in immediate suspension or termination of your Account. Account Information Accuracy: You are required to provide accurate, up-to-date, and truthful information during the Account registration process and agree to promptly update any changes. Inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information may lead to suspension or termination of your Account.
Suspension/Termination of Account: If we find that the information you provide is untrue, incomplete, or inaccurate, or if we suspect fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account. This includes any cases where your actions violate our Terms or the law.
Payment Instruments: You confirm that you are the authorized holder of any payment instruments (such as credit cards) used in transactions through the Platform. Any unauthorized use or fraud related to payment methods will be your sole responsibility.
Accuracy of Pricing: While we make every effort to ensure that the pricing information on our Platform is correct, errors may occur due to technical glitches or other factors. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without notice and without incurring any liability. The price for any Product or Service may be adjusted between the time you place an item in your shopping cart and when you proceed with checkout.
Full Price Payment: Unless otherwise stated during the checkout process, you agree to pay the full price for all Products and Services. The pricing at the time of order placement is final. We may offer discounts, but these are at our sole discretion and can be revoked at any time.
International Orders: For all international orders, an additional fee of ₹4500 INR will be charged to cover shipping, customs handling, and associated cross-border costs. This fee will not be automatically included at checkout. A representative from Fidore Health will contact you via phone or your registered communication channel to inform you of the applicable charge and provide payment instructions. Your order will only be processed and dispatched once this additional fee is paid in full. By placing an international order, you consent to this manual payment process and agree to cover any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local charges as per your country’s regulations. Fidore Health is not liable for delays, non-delivery, or additional costs resulting from customs procedures or failure to complete the manual payment.
Orders Below ₹500: For orders with a total value of ₹499 or less, a non-refundable delivery fee of ₹49 INR will be added on top of your order total. This fee covers shipping costs and will be applied at checkout.
Wrong Pricing or Technical Errors: If a Product or Service is incorrectly priced, we reserve the right to cancel your order before dispatch or delivery, even if payment has been made. We may, at our discretion, contact you for instructions or cancel the order and notify you of the cancellation. If the Product has already been delivered, we will resolve the issue in accordance with our Returns, Refund, and Cancellation Policy.
Returns/Cancellations: You will only be eligible for returns, refunds, or cancellations as per our Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy. Any unauthorized or unwarranted attempts to return or cancel Products will not be honored, and may lead to your Account being suspended or terminated.
Taxes and Additional Charges: All prices listed are exclusive of applicable taxes. Taxes will be added to your invoice at checkout, and you are responsible for paying all taxes related to your purchase. Any additional shipping, handling, or service fees, if applicable, will also be added to your total order amount and displayed at checkout.
Payment Processor: All payments are processed via third-party payment processors. Fidore Health Private Limited is not liable for any errors or issues that occur during the payment process. The third-party payment processor’s terms and policies will apply to all transactions. Free Product and Service during consultation Free products or services are only given when a customers opts for the treatment . For example Free Dermaroller is Given once the Customer agrees to begin with the treatment after the consultation . Taking mere consultation will make one in-eligible to avail free product or service as these product and services are part of the treatment
Third-Party Services: The Platform may include services, products, or content from third parties ("Third Party Services"). These are provided at your own risk. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy or quality of Third Party Services, and we disclaim all responsibility for any losses or damages resulting from your use of such services.
Liability Disclaimer: Fidore Health Private Limited is not responsible for any issues related to Third Party Services. If you access or use any Third Party Services, you do so at your own risk, and any disputes arising from such services must be addressed directly between you and the third party.
Accuracy of Provided Information: You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when using the Platform or availing Services. If you provide any false, incomplete, or misleading information, or fail to disclose any material facts, we are not liable for any resulting loss or damage. You must also promptly update your information if there are any changes.
Compliance with Applicable Laws: You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations governing your use of the Platform and Services. You will bear sole liability for any legal or regulatory issues arising from your actions, including violations of intellectual property rights, data protection laws, and consumer protection laws.
Prohibited Conduct: You must not engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, malicious, or harmful activities on the Platform. This includes:
Infringing intellectual property rights.
Transmitting harmful content, viruses, or malicious software. Engaging in harassment, abuse, or discriminatory behavior.
Using automated tools like bots to extract data or interfere with the functioning of the Platform. Engaging in activities that may harm minors, public order, or national security.
Cooperation with Fidore Health Private Limited: You agree to cooperate with Fidore Health Private Limited in the defense of any legal proceedings related to a breach of these Terms. You must provide all necessary support to resolve any issues or disputes that may arise from your actions or omissions.
Ownership of Content: All content on the Platform, including text, images, graphics, trademarks, and design ("Company Content") is owned by Fidore Health Private Limited or its affiliates. The content is protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are not permitted to use, copy, distribute, or modify the Company Content without our explicit permission.
Use of Feedback: If you submit feedback or suggestions to us, you grant Fidore Health Private Limited an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate this feedback into our Services or Products without any obligation to compensate you.
User-Generated Content: If you upload or submit any content to the Platform, you grant Fidore Health Private Limited a worldwide, transferable, sublicensable, and royalty-free license to use, store, modify, and distribute that content for purposes related to the Platform, Services, or Products. This license is granted for the duration of your use of the Platform and will survive even after termination of your Account.
Term of Agreement: These Terms remain in effect until terminated. Fidore Health Private Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.
Consequences of Termination: Upon termination, your access to the Services will immediately cease, and you will no longer be able to use the Platform. Any outstanding payments or obligations must be settled immediately. Fidore Health Private Limited may pursue legal action to recover any amounts due and enforce compliance with these Terms.
Survival of Clauses: Certain clauses, including those relating to payment obligations, intellectual property, and liability, will survive the termination of these Terms.
The use of our Services and Products is entirely at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Fidore does not guarantee that the Platform will operate uninterrupted or without errors, nor that the functions of the Services will meet your needs. Specifically, Fidore does not provide any warranty that: The Platform or Services will meet your specific requirements. The results obtained from using the Platform, Services, or any materials provided will be accurate, reliable, or effective. The quality of the Platform, Services, or any associated materials will meet your expectations. Any errors or issues with the Platform, Services, or other materials will be corrected. No advice or information—oral or written—obtained from us or through the Services shall constitute a warranty not expressly mentioned in these Terms. To the fullest extent permissible by law, Fidore holds no responsibility regarding user content, particularly in relation to intellectual property rights, defamation, privacy, publicity, obscenity, or any other legal issues.
We also disclaim liability for any misuse, modification, or loss of user content. While Fidore has made efforts to ensure the accuracy of the information on the Platform, we do not guarantee or make representations about the completeness or quality of the data, products, or services. We are not responsible for delays, errors, or failures in the operation of the Platform, nor for any information, software, products, or functionalities provided through it.
Additionally, Fidore is not liable for any unavailability of the Platform during scheduled maintenance or any unplanned service disruptions due to technical issues or other circumstances beyond our control. You are responsible for any material or data you download via the Platform, and understand that doing so is at your own risk, which may result in damage to your computer systems or data loss. We are not liable for typographical errors, such as invalid coupon codes, and do not accept responsibility for any mistakes or omissions in the information provided to you, whether by us or third parties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, related to the Services or Products, including those concerning merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quality, accuracy, title, non-infringement, compatibility, and usability.
You agree to accept full responsibility for any consequences arising from your use of the Services or Products, and acknowledge that Fidore has no liability in this regard. Further, to the maximum extent allowed by law, neither Fidore nor its affiliates shall be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of revenue, profits, or data. By using the Platform, you waive and release Fidore, its affiliates, and its representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses related to your use of the Platform. We are not responsible if your use of the Platform is impacted by incompatible hardware or an insecure internet connection.
You acknowledge that data transferred through the Platform may be unencrypted and could involve transmissions across different networks or adaptions to comply with the technical requirements of the networks or devices used. You understand that the content provided on the Platform is for general informational purposes only, and you should not rely solely on it for decision-making without seeking more accurate, complete, or timely information from primary sources. Any reliance on such content is entirely at your own risk. Fidore is a technology platform and is not involved in the provision of medical or healthcare services. We do not endorse or recommend specific drugs, tests, physicians, products, or any medical advice provided through the Platform. Any content on the Platform is intended solely for general informational purposes and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is your responsibility to conduct your own investigation and evaluation of the Services and Products available through the Platform.
Fidore provides the Services and Products in accordance with Indian laws. If you are accessing these outside of India, it is your responsibility to verify whether it is legal to do so in your location, and Fidore holds no liability in such cases. We are not liable if we are unable to perform our obligations due to factors outside our control, such as strikes, accidents, telecommunications failures, acts of God, war, civil disturbances, or failure of suppliers or sub-contractors.
Third-party medical professionals may not physically examine you and may not have access to all relevant medical history, which can impact their ability to provide complete consultations. By requesting a consultation through the Platform, you acknowledge the limitations of remote consultations, such as provisional diagnoses and reliance on information you provide. You also understand that the consultation could be delayed or refused if the information provided is inadequate or inaccurate.
If you find any content on the Platform that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, harmful, or otherwise inappropriate, you may notify us immediately using the contact details below. We will make reasonable efforts to remove such content as soon as possible.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fidore, its affiliates, and its representatives from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Services, Products, or violation of these Terms. However, Fidore's liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific Product or Service in question. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses.
You consent to the collection and use of your information by Fidore, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. In case there are intentions to harm the company’s identity , doctors profile , or defamation Fidore can produce and reveal information and data to public as a proof to protect its identity.
Fidore reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services or Products at any time, with or without cause. We are not liable for such changes.
These Terms will be governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Ahmedabad, India, following the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The language of arbitration will be English, and the decision will be final and binding
Modification : Fidore reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. If you do not accept the changes, these Terms will terminate.
Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
Assignment: You cannot transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent, but Fidore may transfer its rights to affiliates or successors.
Notices: Notices to Fidore should be sent to legal@fidore.health.
Third-Party Rights: No third party has the right to enforce these Terms.
Waiver: Any failure by us to enforce any provision does not waive our right to do so in the future.
