A 28-year-old male, post-hair transplant (frontal and mid-parietal grafts), currently on Minoxidil and oral Finasteride, presents with severe hair thinning and increased hair fall. His transplanted Area is getting Thinner and Hair fall at the rate of 100+ strands per day . Transplant was done 1year 4 months ago and there were no complaints post surgery .

1st We will take a detailed Medical comprising of :
1) Chief complaint , past History , Drug History , Family History , comorbidities & Scalp Health and Mental History
This is a immediate postoperative Picture of a FUE hair transplant. The grafts are well-placed with a clean and uniform distribution, indicating good surgical technique. The scabbing and mild erythema are expected as part of the healing process.
Suggestive of Grade 4 male AGA + SD
Additionally:
- The visible dandruff and scalp scaling suggest seborrheic dermatitis, which can contribute to inflammation and exacerbate hair loss.

Patient also had Past history of relapsing Dermatitis which was flakey and greasy in consistency .untreated cases of dermatitis , post transplant are one of the major cause of graft upset and gradual loss in a post transplant Patient
Patient was already taking 1% Ketotanazole shampoo with 3x a week frequency
