Cancellation and Refund

Every product created by fidorehealth.com is transparently designed to produce the best possible results. We love our items and hope you will too. However, if you wish to return a product, please contact us, and we will handle everything.

We provide exchanges or refunds only in the following circumstances:

You received the wrong shipment
You received a damaged product.
You received an expired product.


If any of the aforementioned situations apply to you, please submit a refund or replacement request within seven (7) days of the delivery date. In such circumstances, send us an email at fidorehealth@gmail.com to initiate a return or refund request.

After 7 days from the delivery date have passed, no returns or other claims will be accepted or deemed valid.

Please allow us a full week to consider your request. Once the request is accepted, a reverse pickup will be initiated. Our courier partner will pick up the order from your home.

Our service team will examine the returned order as soon as it is received. If the stated problems are confirmed, our staff will promptly initiate the refund process.
